He was born on June 18, 1986 in Polonne, Khmelnytsky Region.

2014 and 2019 the authorized representative of candidates for President of Ukraine in the Central Election Commission with the right of advisory vote.

2012 and 2014  a proxy of candidates for MP of Ukraine.

On October 4, 2019, he was appointed a Member of the Central Election Commission by Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine № 175-IX. On the same day, he took the oath of a member of the Central Election Commission.

Appointed responsible for ensuring the exercise of the powers of the Central Election Commission in Volyn and Mykolaiv Regions.

Main activities of the Commission:

– coordination of the Commission’s interaction with political parties;

– coordination of the control over the observance by political parties of the requirements of the legislation on elections and referendums;

– coordination of generalization of practice and preparation of proposals on equal application and improvement of the legislation of Ukraine on elections and referendums on participation in elections and referendums of political parties, explanations and recommendations on these issues;

– coordination of ensuring the implementation and protection of constitutional suffrage of citizens of Ukraine and the right to participate in referendums, the rights of subjects of electoral and referendum processes, equal application of Ukrainian legislation during campaigning and campaigning during the referendum, including mass information of all forms of ownership and the Internet, generalization of practice and preparation of proposals for the uniform application and improvement of the legislation of Ukraine, explanations and recommendations on these issues.
