Viktoriia Hlushchenko

She was born on October 12, 1990 in the Piddubtsi villarge, Lutsk District, Volyn Region.

Education:

2015 – graduated Law Faculty of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Career:

2011 – 2012 – Advising assistant to MP of Ukraine

2013 – Assistant to the Member of the Central Election Commission

2013 – 2019 – Central Election Commission, Court Representation of Legal Support Department, Chief Consulting Officer

On October 4, 2019, she was appointed a member of the Central Election Commission by Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine № 174-IX. On the same day, she took the oath of a member of the Central Election Commission.

Appointed responsible for ensuring the exercise of the Central Election Commission’s powers in the Lviv Region.

Main activities of the Commission:

– coordination of generalization of practice and preparation of proposals for uniform application and improvement of the legislation of Ukraine during the organization of preparation and holding of the Presidental Elections, explanations and recommendations on the mentioned issues;

– coordination of consultative and methodological support for the activities of election commissions for the Presidental Elections;

– coordination of implementation and protection of voting rights of citizens of Ukraine, compliance with the principles of the election process provided by the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, control over compliance with the legislation of Ukraine on the Presidental Elections;

– coordination of the observance of gender integration during the preparation of proposals for improving the electoral legislation of Ukraine;

– coordination of ensuring the principle of gender equality during the organization of the preparation and conduct of elections and referendums.
