She was born on November 8, 1972 in the Vyshenky villarge, Boryspil District, Kyiv Region.

Career:
1991 – 1996 – primary school teacher at Hnidyn Secondary Ukrainian National School, Boryspil District, Kyiv Region
1996 – 1998 – Investigator of the Investigative Department of the Soviet District Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kyiv
1998 – 2003 – Advising Assistant of MP of Ukraine
2003 – 2019 – Chief Consulting Officer to the Legal Department of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
PhD (2006), Associate Professor (2012), Doctor of Law (2014), Professor (2018).
2006 – 2016 – Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, Professor of Civil Law and Procedure, Ukrainian State University of Finance and International Trade.
2010 – 2015 – Lecturer at the Department of Justice, Associate Professor of the Department of Notary and Enforcement Process and Advocacy, Faculty of Law, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Since 2016 – Professor of the Department of Private Law at the University of Modern Knowledge; Professor of the Institute of Postgraduate Education of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Member of specialized scientific councils for the defense of dissertations for the degree of Doctor (Candidate) of Law at King Danylo University and the Institute of International Relations of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Author, co-author of more than 200 scientific publications, including monographs, scientific and practical commentaries, textbooks, scientific manuals, as well as scientific articles in journals included in Scopus and Web of Science databases.
Member of the editorial boards of the scientific journal “Private and Public Law” and the collection of scientific works “State and Law”.
She speaks English – intermediate level (B2).
On October 4, 2019, she was appointed a member of the Central Election Commission by Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine № 180-IX. On the same day, she took the oath of a member of the Central Election Commission.
Appointed responsible for ensuring the exercise of the powers of the Central Election Commission in Khmelnytsky and Chernihiv Regions.
Main activities of the Commission:
– coordination of issues on generalization of practice and preparation of proposals on uniform application and improvement of the legislation of Ukraine during the organization of preparation and holding of elections of MP of Ukraine, explanations and recommendations on the mentioned issues;
– coordination of issues related to consultative and methodological support for the activities of election commissions for the election of MP of Ukraine;
– coordination of issues related to the implementation and protection of voting rights of citizens of Ukraine, compliance with the principles and principles of the election process provided by the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, control over compliance with the legislation of Ukraine on elections of MP of Ukraine;
– coordination of issues related to the editorial and publishing activities of the Central Election Commission, publishing of information and reference, information and analytical materials, compendium of legal acts.
