He was born on May 8, 1980 in Sniatyn, Ivano-Frankivsk Region.

Education: 

2002 – graduated Law Faculty of the Yuri Fedkovych National University of Chernivtsi;

2019 – National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, Master degree in “Public Administration management”;

Career:

2003 – 2014 – Advising assistant to MP of Ukraine

2007 – Legal adviser, First Deputy Head of the legal department, Central Executive Committee of “Our Ukraine” Party;

2007 – 2010 – Executive Director in Lawyer Group “Collegium”;

2008 – 2014 – Private law practice;

2014 – 2019 – Member of the Central Election Commission;

Official observer in the foreign constituency on the Presidental Elections.

Political party’s proxy in the nationwide multy-mandate constituency on the Parliamentary elections 2007, 2012.

2018 – completed an international internship to ensure the effective investigation of election fraud and their prevention (European Center of Electoral Support, Italy).

Honored Lawyer of Ukraine.

On October 4, 2019, he was appointed Member of the Central Election Commission by Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine № 176-IX. On the same day he took the oath of a Member of the Central Election Commission and elected Chairman of the Central Election Commission.
