Oksana Boiarchuk

She was born on November 26, 1979 in Vinnytsia.

Education:

In 2002 she graduated Law Faculty of the Yuri Fedkovych National University of Chernivtsi;

In 2005 she graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and qualified as an economist with a degree in Finance.

Career:

1997 – 1999 – legal adviser at Ukrzhitloservis LLC

2002 – 2008 – legal adviser at Brain Group LLC

2006 – received a certificate of the right to practice law

2008 – 2010 – Head of the Legal Department of Atlas Word Building Systems Ukraine LLC

2012 – 2019 – private notary of the Kyiv city notarial district

On October 4, 2019, she was appointed Member of the Central Election Commission by Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine № 170-IX. On the same day, she took the oath of a Member of the Central Election Commission.

Appointed responsible for ensuring the exercise of the powers of the Central Election Commission in Odessa Region.

Main activities of the Commission:

– coordination of legal and organizational support for the establishment and functioning of regional offices of the Central Election Commission;

– coordination of ensuring the activities of official observers from foreign states and international organizations during the preparation and holding of elections of the President of Ukraine, Parliament (Verkhovna Rada) of Ukraine, all-Ukrainian referendum, local elections and referendums, generalization of practice and preparation of proposals for equal application and improvement of Ukrainian legislation; explanations and recommendations on these issues;

– coordination of the introduction of the new information technologies in the activities of election commissions, organization and functioning of the electronic document management system to ensure the activities of the Commission.
