One of the authors of training materials for members of election commissions in the “VYBORCOM” online training system and training materials for employees of the State Register of Voters, which were created with the support of the OSCE Project Coordinator in Ukraine (2009).
On October 4, 2019, he was appointed a member of the Central Election Commission by Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine № 173-IX. On the same day, he took the oath of a member of the Central Election Commission.
Appointed responsible for ensuring the exercise of the powers of the Central Election Commission in Ivano-Frankivsk and Ternopil Regions.
Main activities of the Commission:
– coordination of the organization and implementation of measures to increase legal awareness, legal culture and responsibility of voters and other participants in the election and referendum processes;
– coordination of the organization of training of members of election commissions, commissions on the all-Ukrainian referendum;
– coordination of the provision of educational and methodological materials to members of election commissions, commissions on the all-Ukrainian referendum on the organization of preparation and conduct of elections and referendums, practical application of the legislation of Ukraine on elections and referendums;
– coordination of ensuring the receipt of information to the Central Election Commission regarding the organization of preparation and holding of local elections, preparation of information and analytical materials on these issues.
